What?

I helped design and test a Figma prototype for the company’s client interface. I created user flows, lo-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Who?

Our clients were looking to localize their products. They needed a space to easily manage their teams and projects, and the original interface was difficult for them to navigate.

Why?

Our users reported that the interface was confusing. They were not able to see their progress on projects, and they had difficulty navigating different onboarding processes. We wanted to create a space that included all of the information that they needed in one central location.

How?

I worked with developers and designers to get to the root of what problems the users were facing. We created flowcharts for each of the pages so we could create a straightforward navigation process.

We then created prototypes and tested them page by page to ensure the experience was navigable.

I created content for the pages so users could easily identify where they needed to go and what they needed to do on each page.
